Wagon R LXi Vs Wagon R VXi Vs Santro Xing GLS

Hi

I am planning to buy a car (budget arnd 3.5 L) can be stretched by 20-25k.

I compared Wagon R LXi Vs VXi and apart from power locks, I didnt find anything extra. Is it worth spending extra 25k for VXi?

Also, again in comparison to Wagon R, Santro Xing GLS is costlier, less space, less average (?), but better in looks. Can anyone suggest which car I should buy?

Apart from bad shape, what are relative drawbacks of Wagon R (and LXi)?

I havent considered Zen Estillo and A-star because of shape and space reasons. But heard K-series engine is something to think on before buying, adding to confusion.

In vxi you will get power windows,fog lights,tachometer,rear defogger etc.So its worth spending more.I personally fell santro is better than wagon-R in many areas.Yes the K-series engine is superb.But both A-star and Estilo look terible in front of Santro.
