Need NOC from Haryana RTO

Hi ,

I have brought my bike from Gurgaon to bangalore, but didnt applied for NOC from Haryana RTO, here it's a panic to drive with out NOC.

Any idea how to get an NOC ,if any Agent/broker number you have request to share the same.

As per rules, you will require to produce your vehicle at Gurgaon RTO.  In the absence of the same, it can, however, be managed through some agent. 

Hope someone is able to share some info about the agent.  In the meantime, see if you can seek some information locally (Gurgaon).

Hassan, I guess you have landed up at wrong place. This is not Haryana RTO where you get the NOC. Please contact some local RTO agent in your area to get the same.

Besides, for seeking NOC you will have to submit RC Book, Insurance Policy, PUC, address proof of the place where you are relocating to / seeking NOC for & a few requisite forms (RTO) duly filled-up.  You will also have to submit NOC from local Police Deptt / LCB & if on finance, NOC from Bank.

takinfg NOC from Gurgaon RTO is simple. I got it in 2 weeks without any agent .

You just need to fill aform & pay rs 50 fees . \The document you need is NRCB report from CBI office. The office is somewhere in Delhi and the fees is Rs 10. You can pay any agent at Gurgaon RTO an amount of Rs 300 -400 and he will arrange for the certificate.

Hi Vivek, Thanks for the NRCB info.

I just googled, and found that there is an online check available for vehicle status, from NRCB website. The link is http://164.100.44.106/motorvehiclequery/

Useful info. Don't know if the output of this query is the same report you received for your car at Gurgaon. Could you confirm please?
