Hello Friends,

I own a I10 1.2 Sportz and unforthunately met with an accident by ramming into a stray dog. The car was at 80KMPH when it rammed into the dog.

The front bumper was broken into pieces and is beyond repair, which leaves me with no option but to replace.

Now my question is, whether I can take it up with Hyundai Motor India Ltd and if they are not responsive can I take this up with the cunsumer forum.

Please guide me

Thanks in advance,

Arahanth

Any cars bumper will break if it hits a dog at 80kmph.It has done its duty to protect the engine compartment. There is nothing wrong with i10's bumper design.

claim insurance.

An i10 is not an ambassador.

If you want to protect your car SO much, fit a crash guard. but be aware that you will be voiding your insurance
