Why not just go with the manza? It's a great car dont u think. Ive seen the interiors of both cars..theres hardly any rear leg space in the dzire. In the manza u wil feel like a King! In that short test drive I took, that's exactly how it felt. U will have no probs with mileage or power. So keep it simple and choose Tata manza.

Correct.. Rohan.88 is absolutely right. It makes u feel like an emperor! ha ha

There is no comparison betweeen these two cars. In the manza u cant even hear the engine..sometimes u have to check if its really on! But from what I have seen, the dzire makes a lot of noise..like a taxi! And yes..leg space is also an issue with the dzire..even their wagonr has that problem!

I got my Manza(Aura safire) around two weeks back. My first choice was Dezire but the lavish dashboard and overall look and off course the waiting time changed my decision.I got the delivery in just one week compare to 4 months for Dezire.. The ride quality is excellent..but I am very disappointed with the mileage..its just 8.4 to 8.7(avg) as displayed in dashboard mileage meter..I was expecting at least 12 to 13 as mentioned by delear.I hope it will reach to that may be after first servicing..can someone share their view on mileage of new Manza?

Boss,

I am also facing same confusion about manza n dzire in petrol.i m also confused for selecting better among them??? tell me about yaou manza milege problem ,,,does it solved???

The on-board fuel meter reading might not be accurate.Have to do a standard tankfull to tankfull method to know for sure.

But dont expect more than 10kmpl in the city with AC for the car.

I was talking about the petrol variant. But I think the diesel variant is also pretty good. Just take both for a test drive.

Just book a test drive here and see for yourself.

AT present Swift DZire should be the first choice for any entry level sedan buyer. If you think differently, and want not to follow the masses, they go for Manza. Actually Manza is a big threat to Lenia, both are standing side by side in same showroom. And look and performance wise, not much difference. The main difference is in price which may attract the people and shift their direction from Lenia to Manza. DZire is not in competition with any one. About 4-6 month booking already there.

You are absoulately right, Dezire is out of this rat race and has nothing to worry about 'how these new players performs?' But then also I expect SUZUKI-Maruti to do some modification to shut the mouth of masses.

Manza exudes class unlike the dzire, which looks like an extension to the swift. The Tata guys have actually made an effort to not make the Manza look like another version of the Indigo. Its actually bigger and better. there is a lot of space and it looks really classy! Maruti maybe a household name, but Tata is the third largest automobile manufacturer which says a lot in itself.

The Manza is here to stay and the proof is the scores of great reviews it keeps getting all the time.

U will have no probs with mileage or power. So keep it simple and choose Tata manza.

I took the TD of Aura Saffire and it was well below my expectation after having read so many praises in several reviews. Here is what I observed in my 15 minutes TD.

1) Car's performance dropped down significantly when AC switched on.

2) AC - not much effective in rear portion.

3) The TD vehicle that came had the speedometer that was not working. Dicky lock was broken.

4) Gear shift got stuck once.

5) Suspension was good, but the sound of shockers can be heard in the cabin when passing a pot-hole.

6) Car was shaking a bit. I mean not that stable as I expected.

Manza owners? Can I have your experience pls. May be the TD vehicle I tested had some problem. However, I am planning for a TD of Manza Quadrajet as well.
