'j' numbers indicate width of the rim in Inches.

So 5J is 5" rim width.Your 165 section tyres are mounted on 5j rims, so for the alloys you can go for 5j or 5.5J rims.

What you car actually need are new tyres and not those crappy small tyres on alloys!(which will again make the car look odder)!

Thanks for your frank opi, Binoy. Could you suggest an ugrade for VXi(ABS). I am definately going to move to Alloys. Pl suggest 1) alloy wheel dimension 2) Tyre specs. The car from the supplier seems to be having tubeless tyres. In that case, I think I have to dispose off everything and get a new alloy wheel and new tubeless tyres. Am I right? If yes, pl suggest some good options.

As I have specifically opted for VXi (with ABS), instead of ZXi, because of my planned ICE, I have a slight doubt about the change to alloys. Am planning to go in for 14" 6J alloys (Palti/HR/Aura), with 185/70/14 Michelin ZM1+ tyres. What happens to the ABS fitment. As far as I know, the ABS system has some sensors mounted on the wheel. Will it not require expert hands to refit the same on the alloys.
