It's great to hear that your cheque got cleared.  Looks like Skoda's count down has begun. They got caught yesterday for cheating the government taxes running in crores.  More details in teambhp.com.

If you have an advocate, just proceed with the case and use the loop holes in the legal system here and you don't have to even waste your time going to the court. You should also file a complaint with the consumer court showing appropriate clauses which your advocate can help you with.

They asked for it, so give it to them.

Ya i agree that.. I purchased Skod from JMD AUTO MUMBAI.  SKODA AUTO and SKODA DEALERS are BIG CHEATERS... they gave me USED SKODA (Demo Vehicle)  as a NEW VEHICLE and now SKODA AUTO and DEALER is escaping from me

BEAWARE SKODA AUTO and its DEALER NETWORK.....They are providing USED CAR/DEMO VEHICLE in name of NEW CAR....

Bad news for Skoda. i think that is the reason their Fabia has failed misrebaly in the Indian market.
