Tweeters are already present in your blau speakers. Wink

Components will have tweeters. For a complete audio experience a tweeter should be present.

If you are not adding sub/amp then simply adding the blau speakers would be fine.

Ok, here im lining up, what has been finalised till now from you guys,

REAR SPEAKERS : JBL GTO947 .

AMPLIFIER ON BACK SEAT : JBL GT5-S644

SUB WOOFER : Ami said, I should not go for Cylinder one. So, how about this, JBL GT5-1204BR  ??

But cant we go such sub woofers like JBL GT5-S12 , http://www.indiajbl.com/CarAudioDesc.aspx?ID=63 ??

The shopkeer says, for this, we have to make the boxes, which doesnt perform good, so he said me to go for cylinder, which comes from default JBL as the box.

FRONT SPEAKERS : I have no idea, whatsa difference between normal speakers and component speaker system. So, I need some of your help. Ami suggest one , but it costs 7000 and I think, that takes me to 30k, which is way over my budget. I need to stay in 20k.

yeah lol, thats the sad story and all of my 4 speakers now have inbuilt tweeters. HA HA HA!! Now I have 4 Blaupunkt speakers, which are 165 W each and 2 are on rear and 2 on front .

Can I just use those 2 speakers on the front door as it is now and use AMP and SUB WOOFER for rear speaker  ??

Or do we connect the front spekaers also with AMP ??

Thanks.  You also need to change your signature - have a look at the restriction (point F-6).  I trust you appreciate the concern.

@Pankaj: The issue raised by Soam in post #17 needs an attention. Such reserved keywords should be banned.

@Soam: Components speaker system will have a different set of tweeters and mid bass accompanied with crossovers. The duty of the crossover is to split the audio frequencies between them.

You need a lot of reading so that you can get the concepts cleared.

Sub woofers generally go into wooden enclosures.

Simple upgrade would be to simply put the blau speakers on all the door slots.

True.  The required changes will soon come through.

Ok bro, I dont want to go more in depth, as Car Audio is not my professional and I will never get an extra time to read it also.

So, I just headed into this forum, so you guys can suggest me the best and I would just go and plug it into my new car..

Thing is, Im not all this for my existing Swift VDi , which has those blaupunkt setup.

Im asking it for the new Altis , where I have to do it all new, by removing the company speakers..

Well bro, so you suggest e to go for component system for my front part or just speakers for front ??

For rear, my plan is 200W each JBL speakers with JBL AMP and SUB WOOFER..

Will that be perfect ??

And which AMP and sub woOFER, PLEASE SUGGEST THAT ALSO. I have placed my options above in the previous 5th or 6th reply.
