Fantastic Fiat Linea!

It feels very good to discuss about the LINEA & its FE, even I have experinced the FE of around 28 to 30 KPL.

Please also mention at what Average Speed this FE is achived.

My Observation is that If we drive at a speed of around 80 to 90 KMPH the milage is very good.( But, it is very hard to hold at that speed in highways, it is tempting to press your foot down )

Ravi - How're you using iPod with B&M? With an adaptor? Have you upgraded B&M to 5.4 version ?

Yes.  I use my iPod with adaptor.  I updated to SW version 5.4.09 even though it displayed MEDIA PLAYER [a sign of updated SW version 5.4.09] earlier.  However, after updating, the display now shows my mobile service provider's name whenever the ignition key is turned to MAR position.  Earlier, it showed '-----' followed by the Bluetooth icon.  Now, the phonebook of my Nokia Supernova 7210 gets updated with Blue&Me whenever the ignition key is turned to MAR position.  Earlier, the phonebook was automatically copied only once during pairing.  Similarly, now I find more compliance to my voice commands.  Earlier, it didn't obey my voice commands at all!  Since my mobile does not support SMS reader as per Fiat website, I do not get SMS voice announcements.

and how did u update B&M to 5.4.09 and how can v findout if B&M is updated version? i m expecting delivery in a week

I have 120 GB iPod with adaptor cable, presented by my daughter from Melbourne.  The cable has USB port on one end and jack at the other.  This adaptor cable is used to connect iPod with the jack connected to it and USB port connected to Blue&Me.  I think, this adaptor cable should be available in any of the Apple Shop in India.

If the multi information display [MID] shows M.M.PLAYER and CONTINUOUS PLAY, it has old version.  If MID shows MEDIA PLAYER and REPEAT TRACK, it has new version.
