Fantastic Fiat Linea!

Today, my fantastic Fiat Linea celebrates her first birthday.  I wish her many more happy returns of the day.

She has done 8521 km in the last one year.  But, she has to work overtime next month by covering a distance of more than 5000+ km in MH, GJ, RJ, UP & DL. 

Happy Birthday to your fox trot azure beauty. I wish you many more years of happy ownership.

Congrats Ravi. I am too toeing your line. I am in the process of booking my Linea MJD shortly and that too the same color. Wishing you many more happy memories with FTA.

@Ravi: I was browsing FIAT UK site when I got hold of the update to Blue&Me. A new version 5.5 has got released. Did you get a chance to try that?

@Ananthanarayanan: I got updated from 5.4.9 to 5.4.11.  Earlier, our iPods were playing without Blue&Me adaptor.  After upgradation, it stopped playing compelling me to buy Blue&Me adaptor from the UK through ebay costing Rs 5 k.  Now, our iPods/iPhones work well with the Blue&Me with simultaneous charging.  No complaints, whatsoever.  So, I haven't updated to v5.5.  I read somewhere in the UK Fiat website that if your phone works well with Blue&Me, then don't update it!

If your Blue&Me^TM works correctly with the phones you have paired and you do not intend to listen to music stored on iPods or iPhones, we advise you not to proceed with the software upgrade.

So just had a thought that the software fixes the issues with iPod and iPhone felt in the update 5.4.11. Still as recommended, it is not necessary as you don't have any complaints as of time. BTW how long did it take for you to tune the voice recognition. One of friends is finding it difficult to get it going. I also read our forum that it is quite instantaneous. Any advise is welcome.
