Hello guys I'm back after a long time. Hope all is well with everyone. I'm completing two years with my Palio Stile 1.1 this Dec. Now coming to the point. I have noticed a difference in mileage of my car drastically. When I say drastic, the difference is huge from 6kmpl to 13-14kmpl in pure city driving (Chennai city with 100% A/c-- chennai guys know about the heat condition in the city) . Now my car is due for second paid service. After the three free service the mileage rarely increased. I hardly got 9-10kmpl. Now after first service I noticed a good difference. The last two reading that I made, in pure city driving 100%A/c : 557 kms in 40.28 lts. In pure highway driving 75% A/c : 385 kms in 20.67 lts. All measurements are made by noticing when reserve indicator turns on. I fill up as soon as the reserve light turns on so 2-3 kms may be up or down. How can I improve my measurements? Do I need to care anything about while going for second paid service? Has anyone noticed such huge difference in free and paid service?
