My car is at home. I had to tow it here as the RSA took nearly 5 hours to reach the spot. The FIAT guys are taking no initiative even to call me. I have written to fiat just now. Lets hope for the best.

Sorry to hear the problem, Anshum.  I hope that at least now, Fiat should come to your rescue, not only to save you from the distress, but also to salvage its own image. 

I got a reply from fiat saying that they have coordinated with their delaership and I should get a call soon.

Nonetheless I never got a call, so I called up the works manager @ ABS motors in gurgaon. He said the part i.e. injector plug assembly isnt availible and should be here in 2 days time.

In the meanwhile he would be sending his technician to get my car running temporarily.

Lets see if he honors his words. More than my car, I hope they save their own face in India and don't go the same way they did few years ago.

Anshum if you have problems with parts procurement or with customer service, escalate it to Fiat- particularly Mangesh Kodalkar :

Thanx for the info. I have already written to Mangesh. He has contacted his counterpart in Delhi who has promised me that he will do the needful. Since the part isn't avl in Delhi with any dealer, they are sending a technician who will have my car up and about temporarily till the part arrives.

Update - 

The technician arrived with the wrong part. DISASTROUS!

I coudnt end up explaning to the works manager what an INJECTOR PLUG ASSEMBLY is by the end of the day. I eventually sent him an email with pics of the part we need. I am attaching them here for ready reference.

The technician is here since then. I luckily had one of my drivers in Gurgaon for some work, who has now picked up the required CORRECT part and is on his way here. One thing i like is that the person who has come has a lot of patience. Unlike others he is calmly waiting here and explaining me whatever Im asking of him.

Lets hope they have now given my driver the correct part and the car gets alright soon.
