The baby Honda may be the smallest Honda, but it certainly isn't a small car! Honda Jazz Active

Hello Charles, yet another good job done.

Actually I too felt it as a baby innova the first time I saw it on road from side view. By the way the pics are good and so is the writing. Personally I liked the back seat + boot arrangement. It is really something we Indians always want...more luggage space

And hows the car on highways? Is it safe enough to be driven on highways frequently?

But the questions remains: Why will anyone buy this car?

Chic review.

I guess the climate didnt let you guys take good pics.

@Rajendra: Donno why would ppl buy it. But the car sales is quite good. It had 3k booking in first month and the sales is now stabilised at 1k. That is good for them.

There is one thing with the car - Snob value.

Yes Ami...even with high price tag the number of cars is quite good on road. Atleast much better that fabia after it was launch. And actually its a cute little car to drive. Atleast I like the car by looks of it

The sales figures are very much close to their expected figures. It was told by them in the very beginning that they dont expect it to outsell the city.

@Ami

It's really a flop. Honda will not want to accept it. Would you buy a (regular-performance)hatchback at 8 something when you can buy nice sedans for the price. I mean it's not a little GT to sell at whatever-price.

It's a flop, the dealers accept that (hush hush)

Here's something I would say to Honda India executives:

Why so serious? You called for it

@Anshu: It is definitely very safe, what with ABS+airbags. The car doesn't feel unstable at speed at all, so no worries in that department, either. Only plan out overtaking on single-lane highways well in advance.
