Driving/Travel Plans for the National Meet

Kiran (Ahmedabad) will be joining me / my drive to National Meet.  Bhavin may not, as he in all probability will not be able to participate in the National Meet.

Anyone else on the route (Ahmedabad/Vadodara - Mumbai) - interested in joining?

Can we join you enroute to mumbai...Its safer to travel in a herd...

I mean we can always keep ourselves in pace when we have you waiting for us at the other end...would be nice to have an intro before the meet itself so that we know our friends better...

Sure.  In fact I desired so (had indicated before).  It will be more feasible if you people take a night halt at Ahmedabad.  It is advisable even otherwise for the reason discussed before.

In that case, we can, in fact, be in touch & travel together Vadodara onwards.

Edit: Vadodara onwards because it would otherwise mean a triangular route for me Bhavnagar - Ahmedabad - Vadodara (2 & half hours of additional drive).  I would prefer to come directly to Vadodara & would request Kiran (if he doesn't mind) to join me there (not far).

do we have to bring our cars or carwale is arranging for it & if we bring along than will there be parking facilities at carwale's office for 19th night if we dont take our cars along than?

I suggest (only)... if you are bringing your car, it's better to bring it up to the venue Kihim (Alibaug) - and have more fun.  Else, there will be vehicles/cars to accommodate all (from Vashi).

Regarding parking at Vashi/CarWale, only Banwari will be able to comment.
