Guys, we need people to freeze their plans, and that's gonna happen only on freezing and declaring dates for the meet...

So please consider this a priority to declare dates

My opinion is the 19-20 weekend would be fine for most, and is also distant enough to allow all logistics and planning.

Yes i agree with Krishna. Infact, since there was a plan for a short winter trip with friends, but no probs i have kept it on hold till now. So finalizing the date would make it easier for people join in.

and Krishna, btw who's Bhadralok? I know only three Mods who are active as of now.

In Hindi, Moderators are called Bhadralok. Lol.., Bhadralok means Gentlemen, if I am not wrong.

Thanks Ban, that would really be great. However, its by default that carwale team would be present in the meet, wouldnt it be a good idea for them to confim their participation in this thread so that all of us can have a good view of the counts. It will really look nice seeing counts go up and up. And it actually encourages others to join too...

@Pankaj, just now I remembered, our dear fellow Venugopalan is missing in this thread, I guess would be good idea to sms him again. What say?

I have already sent SMSes to a few.  I/we will be communicating with many (today).  We will then work out the details/dates & announce.  We want to do the homework as thoroughly as possible.  If not today, we will be able to announce it in a day or two - for SURE.

Whatever the dates etc. will be, it will be in larger interest & to accomodate as many members as possible.  As far as we (Banwari, Binoy & myself) are concerned, any date is convenient to us.
