I will miss this meet because attanding a Training program. I know its too late to suggest but we could have kept it on Saturday & Sunday(21 &22nd).

i dont know i should ask this question or no but just thought abt it so asking.

wat will be the expense per person to be paid? & in travelling in private cars will the running expenses be distributed & shared by all or one the person has to bare whose vehicle is there.
