Used Hyundai Santro Xing or Ford Ikon or Hyundai Accent

I am planning to buy my first car with a modest budget of Rs. 140000 - 150000. I plan to sell the car after using it for about two years. My daily commute is around 15 kms while monthly out station trips could be around 200 kms on an average. I have found three cars in this budget:

1. Ford Ikon 1.3 Flair/1.6 Zxi - 2002 models : ~ Rs 120000

2. Hyundai Santro Xing XP - 2003 model: ~ Rs. 145000

3. Hyundai Accent: 2002 model: ~ Rs 140000

Santro Xing has done 120000 kms while others have done 70000 km (odometer might have been clocked back).

Kindly advice me on the car to be bought in terms of maintenance, resale value after two years etc. 

I have heard bad experiences of Ford owners in terms of car maintenance but at the same time have heard that Ford's spares have become lot cheaper as result of increased localization. Is this true? How much cheaper have the spares become over the years?

I am confused, kindly suggest me which one to go for or if there is any other car which I should go for?
