LPG kit cost recovery is very long for the runs you will have with such dilapidated car, and by the time you start real saving, the car would give up its ghost.Effectively it is a trap not worth walking into. Pickup / power reduction by 20% as is the norm for converted cars would mostly make the car slower than a bullock cart, which would discourage you from running up those miles for kit cost recovery, so it is already a losing preposition.
